Asheville Fungi is a mycological supply, sterile lab and grow facility based in the wonderful mountain city of Asheville, North Carolina.
Our goal is to grow edible and medicinal mushrooms on waste substrates that would otherwise end up in area landfills.
Such products include spent coffee grounds, wood chips, spent distillery
and brewery grain and more.
